Meet Chelsea…

I am a sex positive therapist who works primarily with individuals, couples, and those exploring dynamics of consensual non-monogamy. In session I utilize a combination of attachment based science, emotion focused therapy as well as concepts from CBT and other experiential modalities. My goal is to be fully present while you explore what it means to be you!

With the sciences of attachment and emotional intelligence being applicable to basically anything, this means there aren’t necessarily any limits to what we can work through. Choosing me as a therapist comes with the chance to increase your awareness about what our emotions mean and gain helpful tools and knowledge for when they just feel overwhelming.
